At North's Suggestion, Koreas Open Dialogue

North and South Korea on Wednesday began their most elevated amount government exchange since the North's atomic test a year ago incited feelings of trepidation of furnished clash on the separated Korean Peninsula. The gathering at the truce town of Panmunjom on the fringe between the two Koreas was initially proposed by the North, which has as of late called over and again for better  ties.
